Arunachal Pradesh Junior Engineer Welfare Association (APJEWA)

APJEWA is the collective voice of Junior Engineers (JEs) serving across the technical departments of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh — including PWD, RWD, PHE&WS, Power, Water Resources, Urban Development, and others.

Formed to unite JEs posted across the state’s districts and divisions, APJEWA works to safeguard the professional, service, and welfare interests of its members while supporting the engineering fraternity’s contribution to the state’s infrastructure and development.

Represent members' service interests

promotions, postings, pay parity, recruitment rules, and other service-related matters, taken up with the concerned departments and the state government.

Build unity across departments and districts

connecting JEs who often work in isolated or remote postings across Arunachal Pradesh.

Stand with members and families in times of loss

the association regularly extends condolence and support to the families of members who pass away in service.

Advocate through organized channels

district and state units raise concerns through memorandums, representations, and, when needed, rallies or dharnas.
